Greenbriar Homes is owned and operated by Mr. Steve Huntoon. A second generation builder, Steve has been contracting since 1971. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts...Steve has called Blairsville home since 1991.

Steve modified his existing cape style home plans when he came to Blairsville, to create the Sugar Maple and Foxfire models which, have gone on to become Greenbriar Homes most popular designs. Although many have attempted to copy Steve's long admired Sugar Maple model, no one can build it better than Steve himself. Working closely with his architect to develop plans and design homes for those individuals who desire a more distinctive custom design, Steve continues to build homes that reflect the mountain lifestyle.
